The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt by developer CD Projekt Red describes the updated edition of the famous game. Due to the features of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, the latest feature will give PC users a variety of enhancements in addition to more detailed visuals.

Technology improvements come first. Players of the Xbox Series X can choose between the Performance and Quality settings. While quality focuses on visual fidelity at 30FPS, performance favors framerate at 60FPS.

Ray Tracing, enhanced Screen Space Reflections, increased foliage, and improved textures. Other visual upgrades are also coming to PC gamers in Quality mode and “ultra-plus” settings for those using more powerful PCs.

Players of the Xbox Series S can choose between specialized 30FPS and 60FPS modes. The former displays the game at greater resolutions and with better graphics, while the latter offers a seamless 60FPS performance.

PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S Gamers will have access to Performance and Quality settings, which allows them to select whether to prioritize better resolution or higher framerate graphics. On the PlayStation 5, gamers can access haptic input through the DualSense Controller.

This game has one of the best visuals of the PlayStation 4 era. Ray-tracing and other graphics enhancements will be available to console and PC users, making Geralt’s adventure more visually appealing. There are great expectations for this “next-gen” transition.

Along with these upgrades, brand-new add-on materials, such as swords inspired by Henry Cavill’s The Witcher on Netflix.

On December 14, 2022, all existing owners of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will receive a free, “next-gen” upgrade on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows PC.
